I never received my order and tried to contact several times to find out about my order. They never bothered to reply to my emails and messages, luckily I paid using PayPal and got my money back. I would have been more understanding if there was a problem, but for them to not bother to reply is very disappointing. I went to them because of Sophie birdnerd recommend but think perhaps it's all a little misleading. Not impressed at all and won't use Orkney Parrots again.

A wonderful company with good values and ethics. I don’t have a bird but still have ordered some wonderful things from Orkney Parrots. From sweet treats and bags to wonderful charms. Always a pleasure and they are so super helpful.

I tried the dried veggies mix . Well my birds prefer this rather than mine . I’m highly delighted with the food and the service . 11/10 .

Amazing People, amazing product. This company focuses purely on avian nutrition. They understand that birds can be super picky eaters and therefore have created this lovely product. This dehydrated food is not only great for picky eaters, but also convenient if you are travelling with your bird. 10/10 definitely recommend!

Our birds love the dried veg mix. But it's a huge bonus that it makes our lives so much easier when travelling with our birds or if we're just having a lazy day and need to go shopping. Seems to have filled a gap in the market and their customer service is amazing
