Orlando Villa Holidays Reviews 

Can't complain about the price of the holiday for 6 adults and 2 children. But I am annoyed that to get that price we were persuaded to do connecting flights and weren't told that place we would fly to to get our connecting flights to Orlando wouldn't be the same as were discussed in the booking. Honesty is so important when spending a lot of money on a holiday.

I dont want to name individuals as everyone I dealt with were brillant, so professional and very helpful. We started enquiring about a family holiday in Florida 18months before the trip and Orlando Villa Holidays were so patient and knowledgeable. We eventually booked with them and through the whole process until we left for the holiday in Florida in August this year, we never felt that our queries were trivial.
There were a few issues in the villa but they were housekeeping and the management company to sort out not OVH.

Paul, was very professional and well informed, providing us with prompt and detailed information, providing us with prompt responses to all our questions. This made making a decision much easier.

From the first phone call with Jodie everything has gone perfectly ,she has answered all my questions and got back to me asap with answers to anything i have asked,she has been very efficient ,pleasant,and sounds a very nice person,perfect for the job she is in ,as i personally dont like to be rushed in to something that does not suit me,she made spending money ALMOST pleasurable !!! Can't fault my experience with Shirin. Followed up on every query, found exactly what was required and offered solutions to every request. Excellent customer service.

Emma was really helpful when booking our holiday. Quotes were received in a timely manner and when going ahead with the booking the process was simple and hassle free. We realised we needed to change the dates and that’s when Bethan came to our aid. It did take a week to confirm all our changes but Bethan kept us updated every step of the way.

What a lovely person Michelle is, I explained exactly what I wanted,
how fussy I was, Michelle was very patient and informative, nothing was
too much trouble, if I had any questions, Michelle got back to me quickly, no waiting, and she came up trumps with beautiful accommodation, and was extremely knowledgeable about the area and what it has to offer, she also advised me on what type of car we would all need, as there are 9 of us going,
Disney tickets etc, as I said nothing was too much trouble, great experience, I
would definitely recommend them.

the service has been good, my only issue was with advertised properties at a set price not being available. I have been reassured, but I am left not knowing whether this is a company practice to generate sales or a genuine mistake. The feeling of having responded to a given advert and then being told the only suitable one available was £400 dearer and that the flights initially shown as part of the deal were indirect flights. As these are cheaper I start to feel this was misleading advertising as who the hell goes indirect to florida with so many direct flights available. The jury is out at the moment, which spoils the feeling of dealing with your company. I would like a response to my comments please.

Lauren was fabulous really nice to speak to , patient and informative . So far so good

Made enquiry however had to contact a few times before a response however when finally receuved contact Adam the advisor was extremely helpful and found the best deal to accommodate my requirements
