The experience i had through the guys at Ormsby was incredible.

The fact that they QC every single one of their guitars here in Australia before shipping them is a massive deal, especially as someone who has worked in various areas of the music industry (retail and servicing), that extra care and attention to detail is fantastic, abd should be something the industry should strive to have as a standard

Their customer care is also second to none. There were clear updates as to the progress of the order, and even phone calls back and forth in regards to the setup of the guitar.

The guitar arrived perfectly, and i can honestly say its one of the most refined and high grade instruments i have ever played. Ive owned plenty of guitars from plenty of the big brands, and have setup and sold even more. This guitar is in a whole other league, and the whole team at Ormsby deserve all the accolades

I ordered 2 gold replacement knobs. On arrival both appeared to be quite smudged and pitted. I believe they may have been spares lifted from a pre-used instrument. Although I'm not against buying pre-used replacement parts, I would hope that when paying full price I would receive clean/new products.

Pretty happy with it, just one small complaint. All the strings had only about a quarter to half a revolution on the tuning pegs. When it arrived, I had to bring the strings back up to pitch. I had to replace about half of them because they would slip from their posts while being tightened.

The whole experience of purchasing an Ormsby guitar was very exciting. The whole process was lighting quick and I got emailed updates anytime the guitar moved. Getting a picture from the quality control was a very nice touch and further drove the excitement. The attention to detail is insane, even though I have a standard model, quality and setup feels like a custom shop guitar, it plays and sounds like nothing else I have. On top of that I purchased a B-stock model that was supposed to have paint sink lines visible on the front of the body, I still haven't found them- there is no higher quality control than Ormsby

Every aspect of the process was great. I was able to acquire one of Perry’s Personal guitars. The process was smooth and easy. The marketing, sales, and Perry himself were/are exceptional. And of course the guitar is incredible!!!! Thank you!!!

Responsive customer service, i didn't know what to expect from an ergonomic guitar (its my first one) but its pretty sick. Not just as far as playability but endurance with the weight of the instrument. Super easy to setup and get good intonation. Still struggling a bit to dial in a solid tone though

The only issue i had was with DHL; it was a pretty terrifying shipping and handling situation. Their customer service, tracking system, reliability, etc is the worst I've ever experienced. They refused most calls from me, gave me short and unhelpful information and wouldn't give a specific date for delivery.

I really enjoyed myself during the build course, it was very indepth and also easy to understand. Perry is a fountain of knowledge and his team are friendly, helpful and also very welcoming. I am looking forward to doing another in the future.

Recently got my first Ormsby, an SX GTR Seafoam with a special finish called “candy drip.” Not only is it beautiful, it plays like a dream and the ergonomics are perfect for me.

My favorite guitars to play before were PRS. Now it is Ormsby. I can’t wait to get my next!

Onto my second Ormsby, picked up a 6str Goliath many years back, which has been my go-to since. New 7str metal V is even better! Immaculate finish. Good set up. Awesome sound. Another monster for the collection.

Best guitar company you'll ever find. Perry Ormsby and his team are doing such great work, they are honest, hard-working, and deserve to be even more successful.
I have 4 Ormsby guitars already, from their GTR to Australian Customshop guitars and I never was so happy with the guitars like my Ormsbys.
The best: their quality control is top-notch, I even tested their setup with a PLEK machine and it was by far better than any other guitar brand.

I can't say more positive things about any other guitar company, just one more thing: Try an Ormsby and you'll be very happy.
