I ordered 7 personalized ornaments. Two were smudged. I sent in pictures and they were replaced. It took 3 weeks for this to happen. I received the ornaments two days ago, packed in bubble wrap in a mailed bag, and one is broken. I have contacted the company but have not heard anything back. I ordered my ornaments the end of Oct., so my grands would enjoy them on their trees. Two still have not gotten theirs.

Received a "custom" ornament that was blank on back with no picture I paid to have added. Not responding to emails or messages on Facebook site.

I ordered a personalized ornament. It was supposed to be made with text on one side and a picture of the recipient’s car. The ornament arrived with text on both sides. No picture. I notified Customer Service and was told I would get the correct order soon. Then, I received an email saying that my order was cancelled. This was the first and last time I will EVER order from here. The shipping on the order was almost as much as the item itself. I kept trying to resolve this to no avail. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed this year with quality and workmanship of product. 2 products had to be re done , neither of each replacements were liked. One had no personalization, when returned the print was so small and light you could barely read. The second was returned the same as the first. The picture looked nothing like the product. (Golfball) is plain white circle. I will give customer service a thumbs up as they did try and make corrections very quickly. That being said , I won’t be back.

I am 100% satisfied and pleased with Ornament Shop. The shipping company lost my shipment and Ornament Shop made and shipped a new ornament to me with no additional cost to me. Their Customer Service is the best. I will keep shopping here every year for Christmas ornaments and will recommend my family and friends do the same.

The first ornament came damaged, but I could tell it had been beautiful. The company replaced it immediately and it was perfect. No problems or sending the other back. Very easy.

Wrong spelling and I contact for a replacement and they sent the wrong ornament with no names on it.

We spent $80 on two ornaments that looked porcelain on the site, but were plastic and felt like they were sourced from a dollar-store.

You can't read the inscription at all, they chose to write with a marker on the darkest part of the "toy" they turned into an ornament. You would think the globe ornament we bought was glass but I think it was a child's ball toy that they just added sprinkle glue to.

One even didn't come with a string to hang on a tree.

Won't buy here again.

I have bought Ornament Shop ornaments for all my children and grandchildren for about 8 years. About a $200 order each year. Ornaments were always received in a red velvet bag for presentation and for storage. Last month the order came with 1 red velvet bag. I emailed to ask where the other 11 red velvet bags were. They said they are only giving the bags for certain ornaments. I asked for the other 11 bags to be sent as good customer service for a steady customer because nowhere was it written that their policy had changed. They answered that now they are complimentary. I quoted the dictionary definition as "given or supplied free of charge" to the representative and told her to forward these emails to her supervisor. I also said I would put negative feedback and reviews on social media if this wasn't rectified. The last email I received stated:
"I apologize our processes have changed and now only the printed ornaments are receiving the red bags. The hand personalized ornaments no longer come with the red bag. I apologize for the inconvenience. Your order only contained 1 printed ornament therefore only 1 red bag was sent."
THIS MAKES NO SENSE WHATSOEVER. I WILL NEVER USE ORNAMENT SHOP AGAIN. POOR POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Beware of their ignorance. I have their emails to prove it.

Basically, no improvement from the original ornament. Background and printing are almost the same so the message on the ornament is barely visible, which was the issue with the original ornament. I’m very disappointed for the second time. If you can’t print this with a darker background, then please refund my payment.

I've been buying ornmaments from the Ornament Shop for six years. They are well made. This year is the first time I had one break upon delivery. I contacted the customer service and they told me no problem that they would replace the ornament which I received unbroken.

I have been using this company for the last few years and was always happy with the products, until this year. One order for 5 ornaments was great and arrived on schedule. However, I ordered one for a new homeowner one week before the other five. It took weeks, and when my friend sent me a photo of it, I was embarrassed. Not only was the ornament itself shoddy, the printing was bad. About a week later my friend received another one which was much better. Don't know why they sent her a second one, and hope I will not be charged for it!

I had to wait for my order,I received part of it,then they said all of it had been delivered.
It was not,they send the 2nd part, but the order was not correct.
I ordered a Mr and Mrs. And got a new house ornament. I was disappointed I. My service.

I have two perfect ornaments for my grandsons. Had a little problem with one but you guys saved the day. Thanks

Sent the ornament without personalization. Did send a replacement but it was too late to deliver in person to my grandchild that lives in Canada.

I had to reorder my ornaments and the 2nd set I received weren't any better than the 1st set. I am hoping that they don't look like this for everyone. I'm quite disappointed, as I do this for my kids every year.

I have been a customer for many, many years and have always been pleased with the service and quality of product. These ornaments have become a tradition in my family and are precious keepsakes for the future!
