Great product at great price!!!
One ornament arrived broken and it was promptly replaced!!

We've ordered from here several times, but this Christmas our ornament to our grandson didn't turn out as well. The white personalized printing on the ball ornament must smear in the process of mailing. The second one we received was better than the first but not great. There needs to be a more permanent way to print on this type of ornament.

Bought 2 ornaments, both were broken and missing some parts, ordered another one, still broken

I’ve been ordering ordaments for a few years now for my grandkids .This year one of them got broken, I texted your staff and they replaced it right away and it came right before Christmas. I truly appreciated there quick response and my grandson was able to put his ordament on the tree. I truly thank you . Great experience.

I ordered six ornaments. Three came in a timely manner and my order showed as shipped. I tried emailing and calling about the other three ornaments but got no response. I finally went through my credit card and received an email response. Two of the ornaments were shipped and one was refunded.

Even though my ornament was broken, they replaced it very quickly.

The ornaments I bought made everybody smile, a true keepsake!!

Thoroughly unimpressed. I had two ornaments personalized. I sent pictures of both, with concerns for how the writing was crooked, not centered and shoved against an edge to where two letters could barely be read. They said they reviewed them and that the images fit their standards. Oh, okay. So you don't actually have standards. An entire word was illegible! I was told that I should have expected some variations in how the actual item looked from the example one when I ordered. I did expect variations, but not for the worse. The computer-generated example actually looked good, that's why I bought them. A third ornament we ordered was blown glass. It was placed in a piece of tissue paper, with one of the hard, personalized ornaments on top of it. When I opened the box, the newsprint was so thickly packed I was initially impressed, until I saw how the two ornaments were smashed together, without proper packing around the glass ornament. The glass ornament was, of course, broken. Today is January 2nd. We still don't have the replacement. I ordered all three ornaments on November 27th and the new one was "ordered" (put in for replacement) on December 11th. I ordered an identical glass ornament on Amazon when I realized there was no way OrnamentShop was going to follow through in time. It came. We had it before Christmas Eve. Thank you, Amazon. I will never, ever use OrnamentShop again.

My ornament for my daughter’s first Christmas came broken from the delivery service and a quick message and photo to customer service solved the problem. Without hesitation the replacement came expedited overnight. My little family is overjoyed with the quality and care given to us for this special moment. Thank you for being so great, we are happy to start a new tradition of purchasing a custom Christmas ornament every year!

The products are great if you ever get them. They sent me ornaments without names and did not send me all the stockings I ordered. They do not take phone calls so all you can do is email. It takes forever to get a response from anyone. They tell you they are sending the right things you ordered and I even had them respond in the email with exactly what was missing they were sending and they still did not send the right stuff. I messaged again and this time it took them longer to send the order so one of the kids did not have her stocking from here for Christmas. I’m Very disappointed with the lack of concern for their mistakes and with how unorganized and unprofessional this place is. This is so unfortunate because their products are great quality and all if you ever get them and if they have put the correct names on them.

My ornaments were originally sent without the personalization, but after contacting them they were able to fix the problem and send out new ones in time for Christmas

Ordered a personalized ornament and came back missing a letter. I asked to have it remade and it came back with the same missing letter. Who inspects these? One mistake happens …same mistake is unacceptable. Sent another email after 2nd mistake and they said they would remake again…still waiting for it to be delivered. Never ordering from them again. Poor customer service!

Received a broken ornament filled out web page and got a replacement with in days!

In November, I ordered the 2 Woodland Snowman with Basket - SKU #EN216008865 - but rec'd 2 Jim Shore Snowman with a Merry Christmas Sign - #6012975. I tried to look up official SKU but did not find it. 0223RS03 is on the bottom of the box. I cked back on the website and saw that the orginal Snowman didn't show as available. So I ordered again, but did not receive.

Ordered 3 ornaments and they were not packaged well. In the envelop, the ornament was in paper. Bubble wrap and red bag was in the envelop as well but ornaments were not wrapped in those 2 items which caused 1 ornament to break.
They did replace the one that was broken.

My original order came in with poor packing and 4 damaged ornaments. One being that the painted name was missing most of a letter.

The four damaged ornaments were replaced, but the one that was missing most of an E was replaced with one missing the P.

I also placed a second order for an ornament and the paint on it was missing some of the name.

It seems that good customer service would ensure replacements were quality checked if not all their items were.

Received ornament broken twice. Customer service was good in sending a replacement and then reimbursement, hence the two stars. However, this could have been avoided with different packaging for the ornament. It arrived wrapped in a bit of paper and inside an envelope. A box could have saved the ornament in transport. I didn’t originally ask to have it sent in a gift box since it cost more but it could have been packaged for shipping in a plain box. Disappointed as this was supposed to be a gift.

Delivered broken. Asked for a refund, instead they sent another ornament and arrived only a couple days before Christmas. It was too late at that point.
