While I am pleased with the design of the bed itself, the overall experience was very disappointing. The delivery arrived extremely late (9:20 PM) with only one driver, leaving me to assist in moving my own furniture. Furthermore, the set arrived in poor condition with scratches around the bolt holes and on the footboard, suggesting the item was not actually new. I would not recommend this company; I suggest buying directly from the manufacturer to ensure you receive new, undamaged furniture with a professional delivery experience
