The table: it really is a beautiful table but unfortunately the table has three cosmetic defects. Delivery: The delivery date was scheduled for a specific day but the table arrived a couple days earlier which would have been nice if it weren’t for the fact that the delivery men showed up at my home at 9:45 pm. I ordered 8 chairs but only 6 were delivered. Currently waiting for the other 2 chairs. Customer service: Due to the three cosmetic damages I requested that $500 be reimbursed to me. Customer service advised me that since the table does not have structural damage the highest they are willing to go is $250. I am now waiting for their technician to come to my home to try and repair the table.
