This is fraud company? I ordered shoes 12/ February 2025 but now I can’t receive it ! Many times I emailed they don’t reply?

We purchased online and nothing said it…
We purchased online and nothing said it was in USD until the payment was processed.
We requested a cancellation in octobre and now st the end of January, it hasn't been reimbursed yet. We also haven't received anything.
They email you like they care a lot about the issue arising but they don't do anything about it. They promise the reimbusment in the next 10 business days and nothing...
I've emailed them 7 times to resolve the issue and even if they answer, no actions are taken even if they say they do.
Worst customer experience I've had in a long time. Do not purchase from there.

Don't bother - poor quality, product sent from China
I was under the impression I was dealing with a legitimate Canadian company. Everything was in French and then you get charged in US funds! If it's a Canadian company, you should be charged in CDN currency. The quality of the footwear is very poor. I coud probably get the same product ordering on Ali Express or Temu. And as others have mentioned, returns are at your expense and back to China!
