The icon was beautiful, the box had some red paint stains, which means it was hand painted and just fresh. The gold paper makes it shine even more.

I have waited quite a while for my order to arrive, but I am happy to say that finally - having written to them - I received a very nice reply from Orthodox Online Shop, which has restored my confidence. Good for Obscure Saints; Somewhat Poor Quality
The pictures on the icons we purchased we fairly well done and the English translations were similarly very well done. This supplier is a good bet for having icons of fairly obscure saints. The downsides are the quality of the composite board they are mounted on is middling at best, and the gold paper they use around the images is of poor quality. It looks more like something one would use in kid's crafts than something on a long-term icon to be used in a home or church. I have concerns about long-term durability of the gold paper, as well, though only recently having purchased the icons, I can't speak to that with authority.

The gold-toned background applied is a decorative foil chosen to visually reference traditional gilding, while allowing the icons to remain accessible in price. It is not intended to replicate hand-applied gold leaf used in museum-grade or hand-painted icons.
These materials have been used consistently in our production over time and have demonstrated good durability under normal indoor conditions. Icons are sacred objects meant for prayer and reverence, and we take care to ensure that the materials used are suitable for long-term devotional use when properly handled and displayed.
