They do send something but don't expect to be the same as in the pictures. Its much much worse. If you try to return, they will try to make you a discount but the items look so shity that you dont want to spend a single euro. They dont have any physical store in NL. They operate in China. Emailing is done by a bot. I'm still waiting for a refund but most likely will not get it. stay away from this website
bought expensive shoes from this company, but they were nothing like what was advertised. They weren’t leather, not medically supportive, and looked very different from the pictures. After wearing them once, my toes swelled up. Returning them would also cost me extra. Very poor quality—avoid this company!
