I wish I’d read these reviews instead…

I wish I’d read these reviews instead of the reviews on their website! Do not go near this company, rubbish trainers with polystyrene insoles & wrong sizing! I see that Amazon are selling them for Orthostride too so I shall be getting in touch with them next to let them know exactly how rubbish Orthostride company is!

TOTAL SCAM!

Similar experience to those described by other reviewers...£45 shoes which wouldn't even cost £15 in Primark...

Took 13 days to be shipped from China.

NO reply from their Support department

NO return policy

TOTAL SCAM

Pretty rubbish …

As with previous reviews came in grey plastic bag, no invoice no return address!! They actually wouldn't' be too bad if they were actually leather as stated and not synthetic.
Need to be reported as misselling !!

Came in a grey plastic bag held…

Came in a grey plastic bag held together with selotape and bubble wrap. There was no indication as to where they had come from, no indication where to return to. When I asked for instructions what to do, I was told there would be a delay due to holidays before they could answer me !

These are just total rip offs

These are just total rip offs! There is nothing about them that is orthopaedic! There are on another site for £1.79!
Came in a rough grey bag . All squashed . No labels on !
I’m going to report these as they are totally mis selling and taking a lot of money off people ! Honestly DO NOT order from them . I’m gutted!

I recently purchased a pair of Orthopedic shoes

I recently purchased a pair of orthopedic shoes from Orthostride, and I am beyond impressed with both the product and the service!
After wearing them for a few weeks, I can confidently say they have made a world of difference.

What truly sets Orthostride apart, though, is their customer service. I had a couple of questions about the product, and their team responded promptly and thoroughly. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in ensuring I was satisfied with my purchase.

Overall, I highly recommend Orthostride to anyone in need of quality orthopedic footwear. Their commitment to excellence in both their products and customer service is evident in every aspect. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Orthostride.

I thought this was a genuine UK maker and seller of comfortable shoes for people with foot problems. Wrong!! They are Chinese and the shoes aren't as described, in fact they are awful and are very difficult to actually get on my feet. They are too narrow and in no way as wide or deep as they claim to be. They arrived in an AliExpress bag and were crushed in the plastic bag.
Also, the customer service was non existent, misleading me about tracking numbers, not recognising my order number etc, etc. I would recommend everybody avoids this company and if you want shoes like this then buy them direct from AliExpress for much less money.
