Ot was broken but still no response from pro vital.
My conclusion is that this is not a good company, but worse they are scamming people.

I have sent numerous messages as blue light device does not work. Due to no response I believe it’s a scam
The product is faulty and does not work without the lead - it does not hold charge.
I got in touch with customer service, they replied after two days asking for a photo and a video.
I sent these back 3 days ago there has been no further action.
I sent another email to follow up yesterday and no reply again
It doesn't work. Tried charging it but lights would only come on while plugged to the charger. I took it apart and found it has no battery. The lights are supposed to be blue but are white instead. I asked for a refund or replacement but they just tell me to try a different charger and hold the switch for a few seconds. It also doesn't have a switch. This thing is a big scam!
What are the ingredients in serum and why are they not listed in the product? QR code doesn't give any info either. Bit dodgy I think.
Device came today and I charged it. With a full charge, device doesn’t work and now I can’t get ahold of them. I been scammed.
Waited a while but I got it now, the staff have been in touch with me regarding the late delivery, unfortunately it doesn't work, but they have kindly decided to send me a replacement, truly grateful for the help and support l got 👍🙏
Ordered 16th March still hasn't arrived so I wouldn't bother
I ordered a device for nail fungus removal, 3 weeks ago they took the money but I haven't received anything.
Waiting three weeks and no delivery, given a BOGUS tracking number not used by any major carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS, OnTrac, etc. This is a scam company!
It helped me a lot with the nail fungus. I know these products will help you.
