Stolen my credit card details, and used it for apple services

Theitwm they sent was not what was advertised.
It's suppose to be NZ, but the items came from China.
It's a fake site selling junk asian trash.
To return the items it says to send them to Poland,.
Are you kidding me I've had better items from Temu, which isn't saying much as temu is trash aswell.

If I could give this company a zero rating I would. See other reviews it is a scam, I provided proof of purchase and as requested by the company a video clearly showing the problem with my heated gloves. But because I unpacked the package and disposed of the wrapping they have wiped their hands of any replacement or refund. It is Not a NZ company covered by NZ consumer laws.

Advertise as NZ company, but goods not available in NZ warehouse so sent from China. Wanted to return as took so long for delivery, Returns address in Poland!! Yeah right, a New Zealand company, steer clear, false advertising

Ordered goods, did not realise goods were being sent from China. Somewhere along the way the wrong tracking number has been allocated and I have never received the goods. I have contacted both courier companies in NZ to no avail and when I reached out to Orotrex they basically washed their hands of it. They have my money so are not interested that I do not have the goods. I’ll order direct from China myself.

Misleading website, looks like a local nz store but it’s not, products ship from mainland china and take a couple of week to arrive. The website does state this in a separate tab called shipping policy but they should make it clearer and provide an estimate time in the check out process. At least when you purchase from Temu you know what you’re buying, where it’s coming from and how long it will take. I reached out to customer service but they would not cancel my order as it was outside a 24 window. Wish I’d bought local or at least through a reputable portal like Temu.

I wanted to review Ortorex in view of the number of negative reviews, which puzzle me. I have just ordered goods from this firm for the third time: in each case, the goods arrived promptly and exactly as described, and are, in fact, highly satisfactory. I would happily, therefore, order from them again. If I have a criticism, it would be that their communication skills are sadly lacking. Other firms give a tracking number and notify by email when the order is received, when dispatched, and when delivered. But I am otherwise completely satisfied - thank you, Ortorex!

Do not buy from whoever these people are..no confirmation e mail..No exchange policy! WTF..really? Not upholding NZ. Consumer laws, should be banned from trading! Buyer beware!

Scam company masquerading as a New Zealand shopping website but probably based in Poland. Attempted to buy items of clothing but no order number given or confirmation email received. Phone calls go straight to answerphone.
Disputing the transaction through my bank. Website should be taken down.

I Wish I'd read these reviews before being scamed by these people. Save your money and stay away. And I strongly suspect these scammers are not from NZ, but are Chinese. I will be trying to recover funds through my bank, who will hopefully block future purchases from other users
