Arrived stained, horrible service. I spent $60 on sweater ($46 + $15 shipping) Order arrived with brown stains on it. They offered me $11 back. I told them that’s not acceptable, I want refund or replacement. They offered me $25 refund. Again, I told them not acceptable. They offered $32 back or return at my expense. I refused again, they offered full refund if I pay to send it back. Why would I spend more to send back the damaged sweater they sent me. What a scam!

Order placed December 1, 2023. As of December 18th no items received. Tracking number shows label created since the 13th. One item was refunded without communication from company. Was told 8 days for shipping. We are now on day 18. Company doesn’t want to refund me or take responsibility. Have contacted them via email directly and PayPal email, PayPal disputed and direct messaged instagram site. Next I will go to X, Instagram, Facebook and all sites I can think of to speak up so people don’t shop with them! This is a scam!

I was delighted with the shirt I purchased recently. It feels great and looks terrific.
Took a little longer to receive than I had hoped but I’m happy with the product.

Scam company. Avoid! A quick online search confirms. If you order anything you may or may not receive anything but it won’t be anything like what you ordered and they refuse returns, despite stating they give free returns

Definitely a fake company. I never received my items. Four sweaters ordered in the summer sale. Had to get my bank involved to receive my refund. They weren’t budging.

THIS SO CALL COMPANY IS A FRAUD, SCAM .THEY SHOULD BE IMMEDIATELY REMOVE.

This is a scam. When I requested a return for defective merchandise they haggled with me on the price at first only offering me $14. Not even a quarter of what I spent. Finally after several emails I was able to get refunded 50% of what I spent. No where on the site does it say you will not get your money back for a return that meets their guidelines. Don’t waste your money on these sub par poorly made garments.

I am a real middle-aged woman and I live in Oklahoma. I have ordered from this company several times and have always received my items. They are not made or shipped in/from the USA. The ones that I ordered were of nice quality and sizing was pretty true to size. It does take 3-4 weeks to receive.

This website is full of blatant lies! Each item I purchased was listed as “made and shipped from the USA”. When I made the charge, the company that showed up on my PayPal account was from China. The items I received took almost a month to arrive and had tags on them saying “made in China”. No fabric content tags are on any of the pieces I ordered. No items made in the US would be allowed to do that. Scam!
