What a terrible return policy. Once I emailed them and notify them that two of the three items needed to be returned. They offered me $14 to keep my order. I then told them I still needed to return the two shirts. They offered me $21 to keep my order and now I am up to the third time notifying them that I would like to return my order and they offered me $28 to keep my order and told me that if I want a full refund I need to pay for the shipping.

Easy to use website and ordering process. Great prices and products. Delivery is quick. Love the sweaters purchased. Will definitely order for you again

I ordered 4 tops - 2 of which I loved and 2 not so much. But they do NOT run true to size as advertised, everything runs small. I’ve been trying for over a week now to get a refund on the two I don’t like and exchange for larger sizes for the two I do. Just as several others have stated, they offered me $20 to keep everything as is then upped it to $55. Not at all the free exchanges and refunds policy they advertise and state all over their website. :-(

Ordered several items and all were quality. Sizing was accurate. I am definitely ordering again

The clothing is lovelier than pictured. The fabric is so soft against my skin!

Buyer beware. Clothes look nothing like advertised. They will attempt to offer low amount to return and cost prohibitive to return. Stay away!

I received my blouses and they were beautiful! I had ordered the large, but I really needed to get the extra large. So I email customer service and to my amazement. They replied to my email the next day. They told me not to worry about anything that they would resend me the extra large, but I only had to pay $20 for postage. I was so excited ! This company did the best of customer service!

I love all of the shirts I purchased! Perfect fit, great “hang” on my body. 5’5” 115 lbs I ordered S and spot on! Great material as well! Highly recommend!

I ordered a couple of things from this shoddy company. The dresses I ordered, didn’t fit, to add insult to injury, after repeated requests to their service email, they actually tried to negotiate how much they were willing to refund me, their latest being just $40, I paid $86. Needless to say, it was a painfully expensive lesson to learn. They didn’t even want the items back, begging me to keep them! Buyer beware, DO NOT buy anything from this fraudulent company.

Trying to return item is a hassle not worth the time or effort.

Even though it takes a while to get here, everything is as they promised and the shirts I bought are beautiful and high quality.

After trying everything on, I am extremely pleased with everything with the exception of the ombré all day twisted halter dress which doesn’t look like the online photo. I will return it but will definitely purchase something in its place!

The delivery came but it took way too long. Happy with my purchase.

Shipping took a while but the items were good quality. Will be ordering from them again!

Great shirt. Received quickly.

I liked most of the items although one dress looked like a bag and it was displayed as form fitting. It also took over a month to get my order with very poor communication. But I do like the 4 items that I am keeping...still trying to figure out how to return the dress.

I loved that you were using recycle materials. But I think I need the large in top I ordered the medium. And the dress was not for me I ordered the Medium that was to big. I like to return both and get the large in the top. The fabric was nice in both products. I would buy again.
