First time buyer. Bought a small resin pokeball to test the service. Liked being able to email a person while organizing the shipping. Thank you Ella for your help! Since these statues are imports, there are some fees to pay for delivery but a guide is provided to make navigating easier.

Since this was my first time ordering from OrzGK, I didn’t know what to expect but lo and behold, I got my statue and I have to say, I am impressed. The selection they have on anime statues, goods both sfw and nsfw are amazing!

When it came to customer support, I had Allen and he was also a great help throughout the time. Like I said, since it was my first time ordering from here, I didn’t know what to expect but Allen came along and helped me with any questions I have.

Great experience, would definitely order from again. OrzGK "Allen" kept me in the loop with updates when my pre-order was ready, when it was ready to ship, and when it was shipped out (along with the tracking number). The GK was also well packed, as I received my GK with no damage to the kit or the exterior box.

GK statues can take long to produce and long to ship, but in doubt you can always contact their customer support. They can be approached in several ways, like e-mail, Facebook, Discord, and WhatsApp.
I myself use WhatsApp and have gotten excellent service from [Lucy], in which I have been given confirmation of stock, updates on production, and tracking codes.
You can expect a helpful answer within a few days.

I have made several purchases at this point and have received four already.

First time ordering such an expensive figure. I got the Hall of Legends “Faker” Ahri Figure. I paid through Paypal in a few installments, and sure enough, less than 3 weeks later I received it and it was super nice and a premium experience. Thank you Allen for the help!

I read on Reddit some terrible stories about orzgk like it is the last resort, but I cooperated with them many times and I'm satisfied with a service and prices.

Preordered x2 statues and ordered 1 rare one last year, received them all in pristine condition and packaging.

Orzgk Allen has been really helpful, keeping me up to date with everything. Helped me with some questions and all that.
