Used a customer supplied ready trimmed…AVOID

Used a customer supplied ready trimmed contract vinyl wallpaper. It says easy to cut, what a joke. It’s the most awkward paper I’ve ever had to apply. It soaks up a lot of adhesive and therefore swells, once it does it won’t even cut with a scalpel. Really really fifficult for the end user. I’d never recommend this paper nor ever buy it myself. Awful.

Not fit for purpose fabric

I had a sofa with cushions made to order with Osborne and Little Du Barry fabric. Cost a fortune. The fabric is now deteriating in places. With holes springing up all over the sofa. I contacted O&L for advice but they were unhelpful and only wanted a resale of other products. In this case you don't always get what you pay for.

O&L Chroma wallpaper

We purchased 10 rolls of dark blue Chroma wallpaper from this company via an intermediary (TM Interiors) and discovered after the room had been papered that there were lighter vertical streaks at most junctions. The paper had been hung carefully by a professional according to the instructions. After some discussion and sending of photographs the intermediate company agreed to refund us the cost of the paper but not the decorators costs or the cost of redecorating. Incredibly, Osborne and Little refused to accept that there was anything wrong with the paper even though the photographs show that there is a clear edge defect, most likely a fading of some kind. We suggested that an O&L representative should come and look at the room but there was no response. So we have streaky walls and the prospect of having to spend more money redecorating the room. The company's product was extremely poor and their refusal to accept responsibility disgraceful.

The wallpaper samples came promptly and…

The wallpaper samples came promptly and I found the one I wanted. The support I got choosing a vinyl waterproof for my bathroom was impressive. Pricey but you pay for what you get and I didn’t want a run of a mill bathroom with just tiles and the bathroom company recommended vinyl wallpaper

Don't buy Osborne and Little silk fabric.

This is a review for Osborne and Little Karavansara Serai silk furnishing fabric. I bought this stunning material in two colour ways about 18 months ago and had blinds and curtains made.
However in a short time the fabric is deteriorating and degrading on the blinds and also the fabric is splitting and shedding on the cushions. At around £130.00 a metre i think this deterioration is unacceptable. I contacted Osborne and Little customer service who were incredibly unhelpful and impolite. They just made a lot of excuses and came up with no solution to recompense me in any way. So if you have money to burn then go ahead and buy this material as you'll be replacing all your soft furnishings in less than two years.
