The service was always excellent. If you don’t speak Spanish, be prepared to use a translator app on your phone. The cars are basic by American standards, but that is one reason for the good prices.

Only book if you have the time to wait
After waiting 2,5 hours somebody finally arrived with the car. The car was great, but the wait was ridiculous. Upon pickup we extended the time period and didn’t get the long term discount because they took it as a new booking. When returning the car we waited 1 hour and then drove home where they picked the car up 3 hours later. Nobody said ‘sorry for the wait’ which would have gone a long way. So only make a booking if you have the time to wait and be sure to not extend cause you’ll pay full price.

Very helpful with telephone booking in English. Staff very helpful everytime I had to call and when we had left something in the car they were more than happy to bring it back to us. All round excellent service and would always recommend them.

The car didn't work
I rented a car for Friday to Monday this last week. Nobody was at the place when I took the car. I had to wait for the responsible to answer the phone for a while. After he gave me the code for the keys, I realized the car was in very bad conditions:
Two big holes in the driver seat, the boot wouldn't open, it wasn't covered, I found drug leftovers in the front seat, a dirty bowl for dogs at the back seat, lights were not working and the break wasn't either.

Nice car, fair price
Nice car (Arona), almost new, just what I wanted for three months while awaiting delivery of a new car. Price okay, discounted on that basis. Pleasant staff, helpful. All in all, a very positive experience.

All was quite straightforward
All was quite straightforward, price was considerably lower than other agencies for a 7 seater.
They are a bit our of the way on Granada, but taxis are not expensive, so more than worth the trip.

This company are simply fantastic!! They go the extra mile to make sure everything is so correct for you & from the start you are treated like a cherished customer. Manolo is an absolute gentleman - helpful, mannerly, good fun & very true to his word!
The lady on the phone was amazing too & spoke perfect English (I’m learning Spanish) as well as being very obliging.
I’ve been coming to Nerja for 20 years now & have hired cars from many places before moving to live here & buying my own car, but I had a small problem & needed a rental. I was recommended Oscars nearby in Velez Malaga & I’m so glad because everything I was told about them was 100% true!
Well done Manolo & the team at Oscars. I will recommend you to anyone needing a vehicle.
