I recently ordered from this company for the first time and immediately placed a second order as I was so pleased with everything I ordered, the items such as my China mugs were great quality and beautiful colours. Everything came promptly and very well packaged with a personal note from the owner , I would highly recommend this website and I will definately use this site again in the future.

Such a lovely company! Parcel was sent out promptly but went missing (stuck in a depot) and a replacement was sent out immediately. Bernie answered my emails extremely quickly and was so apologetic (even though it wasn’t their fault). Gorgeous Christmas candles - love them! Will definitely use Oscar and Tilly again.

I ordered a specific Elizabeth Scarlett clutch that my daughter wanted for Christmas and was out of stock everywhere - Oscar and Tilly came through for me with exactly what she wanted, plus quick delivery and beautiful tissue paper wrapping; I didn't even need to re-wrap it to pop under the tree, just added ribbon and a card. Would 100% buy from them again. Thanks O&T!

Efficient and prompt service was a good start but where Bernie went above and beyond was when she showed such compassion and support in respect of my delivery requirements of a gift to my sister who is undergoing chemotherapy.

Ordered some fabulous cushion covers which were packaged so well in tissue paper and waterproof outer packaging as was explained the weather was not currently very good. . There was also a lovely note from Bernie enclosed.The covers are beautiful, I just had one question and so emailed. Within 15 minutes I received a very helpful reply back from Bernie the likes of which is unusual now a-days. It is clear this company really care about their customers. I cannot recommend Oscar and Tilly highly enough. Very happy customer. Thank you
