The whole process has been faultless. Seen on time, minimal paperwork, courteous staff, spotless facilities.
I can't comment on the medical aspects but, at my age, any time you walk out of a hospital it has to have gone well!
I wanted a TB Quantiferon test. I phoned them and spoke to a nurse who stated that they do the test and gave me a price. I called them later to confirm the price and that they carried out the test. I was told they did. I subsequently booked a test. The place looked great and I was seen quickly by the doctor who filled a request for the test and stated the cost and told me that a nurse would take the sample. However a nurse came and then told me that they don't do the test. On challenge I found out that the nurse had carried out previous tests on patients and these had been returned due to the test not being done correctly and that she didn't want to mess us around. What a joke as we were messed around already. We left having wasted an hour of our time.
