Pessima esperienza.
Ho acquistato un abito sul loro sito, ho dovuto fare il reso perché non mi andava bene. Ho rispedito indietro in pacco a spese mie. Ad oggi sono passati 8 giorni da quando l’hanno ricevuto e non hanno ancora dato alcun riscontro e ovviamente nemmeno il rimborso. Nn rispondono alle mail, solo una chat con un bot che non da alcun supporto. Molto sconsigliato.
Buonasera, io ho fatto l'ordine di un abito di cui poi, alla fine, non c' era la mia taglia e loro dicono d'avermi rimborsata, ma sono trascorsi 2 giorni e ancora di soldi non se ne vede l'ombra. Penso che a questi punti i soldi siano andati persi. Sconsiglio questo negozio al 100%
Ho acquistato un costume da bagno sul sito, ad una cifra importante, purtroppo non mi andava bene, vestiva molto piccolo, per il reso è stato ed è ancora un incubo, ho mandato loro 3 mail di richiesta prima che mi venisse mandata una mail DHL con in allegato la lettera di vettura, senza alcuna indicazione circa il ritiro. Ho ricontattato il Customercare, che è raggiungibile solo via mail, per sapere quando sarebbe passato il corriere a ritirare il mio pacco ne ho inviate 5 non ho ottenuto nessuna risposta, ho chiamato io DHL per il ritiro. Spero non mi facciano ulteriori storie per il rimborso. Per il momento pessima esperienza.
Purtroppo dopo aver rispedito il reso, con la certezza sia stato ritirato, ancora oggi non sono riuscita a mettermi in contatto con nessuno solo risponditori automatici. Credo di aver perso i miei soldi, proverò a contattare la Polizia Postale.

Aggiornamento odierno 22.07 : finalmente si sono fatti vivi ed hanno rimborsato il reso, perciò aumento la recensione a 3 stelle, in ogni caso mai più.
