I bought a babyliss hair straightner on their website. The price was over 1200 SEK.
After I received it, I decided to return it because it did not match my expectations. To return, I needed to pay 220 SEK, which I did. I chose the cheapest way to return it and communicated them by email to make sure they were aware they should receive it soon. They said that they never received the item, the company who posted it said they had no problem to deliver the item and that they must have received it and I will have to pay not only for the shipment back but also for the product which I paid to sent. They said that the company is located in a complex and could have been delivered to some other company which is located in the same area. What a mess! What a waste of money... I only had headache with this purchase!
