Once ot are done with classes should be to get new one. Driving license you get once and that's it. This osha is just scam. I don't want to hear anything anymore from Osha

Good and valuable content, but the learner experience is lacking in that there seems to be far more focus on ticking a box for time, over information retention, delivery and the mechanics of the learning process. For the longer sessions, the page would frequently "expire" and all progress would be lost, forcing you to sit through it again as you are able to speed up the audio but not the time. This is detrimental to knowledge retention and recall and doesn't communicate a prioritization of customer service or learning. Still multiple spelling errors that were reported but customer service then reached out over a form email asking for screenshots and other steps on my end despite me providing the exact page, slide, location and error in the report.

I found them to be incredibly knowledgeable, and they really helped me see just how essential it is not to overlook even the tiniest details. It's amazing how much impact those small things can have on the bigger picture!
