My item was “delivered” 2 months ago. Never received it.

This website is trash. They might as well have sent me an empty bag for all the good the “dress” did me. It is a lump of cheap, see through material sewn together in a way you can barely put it on and it doesn’t even resemble the dress. Customer service offered my a disgusting and offensively low percentage of my purchase price and will not budge. It’s impossible to return this piece of garbage to them because of shipping.

I ordered the polka dot wrap around maxi dress. Why I received looked nothing like the picture. The dress they sent looked like a Halloween costume. Material was horrible. So disappointed!!

The item came in time, the communication was great and they answered my questions immediately, the dress was exactly like the picture. I'm usuallly wearing S or M, so I ordered S and it fits perfect by size. Very satisfied :)

I was pleased with my romper. I received it sooner than I thought that I would. I will definitely order from Oshoplive again!!!

I ordered 2 dresses online, and after reading all these reviews was really worried. But, I received my order in the time frame that they said it would be delivered, one dress has a faulty strap, and the other is gorgeous. The faulty strap can easily be fixed, im very happy with their service. Will order from them again.
I also must say the fabric is quite nice, I havent washed them yet so fingers crossed they dont shrink lol.

This is the worst scam of a shop. The items are of extremely poor quality. The fabric is low quality and thinner than a slip. The stitching is crooked and the clothes are completely ill fitting.
When I tried to issue a return, like it's stated in their return policy, the company offered me a $15 dollar credit to keep the items. What? I want my $75 dollars back. I don't want to keep my items. It's been several days of e-mails going back and forth and they are refusing to let me return the items and get my money back. This is a complete scam and should be considered a fraudulent operation.

Please stay clear from this company. The items are too large and the textiles used is of poor and questionable quality. This is not a dull company but it seems like a one woman operation somewhere in Asia. Their return policy is of concern and they will try to offer you 15.00 dollars based on the assumption that you won’t want to pay for shipping since they are located in Asia. They will not refund shipping either. Just save your money for a reputable company with quality products and a fair return policy. This company operates fraudulently and it is of serious concern. Stay clear from this company! It is not worth it.

To all of those who have been ripped off...talk to your bank.
They have recourse for these matters, you can get your money back.

It’s exactly the rip off stories you see on tv. You order a dress and get something that’s nothing like it. Waste of money. Don’t even bother.

I keep seeing this on instagram and thought I'd give it a try. The quality of the fabric is HORRIBLE! Wrinkled and stiff so I asked to return and their response was that they would refund me $9 out of the $56 and change I spent. What insanely poor customer service!

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEIR DRESSES ARE CRAP!

I ordered a dress from this company almost 3 weeks ago and they said it would be shipped within 7-12 days and I would get updates via email and text. I have not heard a thing from them since I ordered it. I have emailed them 4 TIMES and NO RESPONSE! Their website says they respond within 24 hours...BS!! All I want now is a refund and not receive my dress. I wish I would have read the reviews first about Oshoplive. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this BS company!!! I wish they were located in the U.S. because I would report them to the BBB.

I was so happy that i found seller I could trust, only to receive my next dress totally different from the photos of the listing; basically very bad copy. However the seller issued immediate refund. Great communication. Would buy again from them.

Excellent, perfect in every aspect.
I have been too disabled to shop in B&M shops for the past 3 years, and now after 1st of 4 major operations I depend on online stores for all my clothing. Shopping on line was full of disasters, but every now and then I found a seller like oshoplive, and the dress I bought arrived very fast and exactly as pictured. The fabric looks and feels just as I hoped it would, the color looks as it did in the photo, and the size is spot on.
Fingers crossed my future purchases will be as great as this one.

Please do not shop from this website!!! their products are trash!!! I am currently still waiting for my refund, after I had to pay to ship the products back. When the items I ordered arrived they did not look like what they did on their website.
Please know that their photos on their website is not their own because I have found them on other websites. I think Oshoplive try to replicate the products that's on their website that's why it takes them longer to ship then what they claim on their website. Do not trust the company- a company that does not have reviews on their own website. Lesson learned.

Don't shop from here - I bought two products. One arrived and does not live up to its photo. The other has not arrived despite the misleading 7-12 shipping terms - it's has been well over this time. Email responses and very delayed and vague. You, like I, will get the run around. I've asked for a refund and they won't respond to that. Very disappointing.

Oh my gosh do not order from this company. I placed a larger order and want to return some items and no one has responded to my emails or Facebook messages for a week! Terrible customer service and thieves to be quite honest.

If you order from here, be prepared to have a poorly made/ poor quality product. Also be prepared to keep the item, because, if something isn't right, they make you pay to return said item to China (which can be more than the product itself). Honestly, do not buy from here... It's not worth it.

We ordered a dress and it came clearly not as described. The lady told us we could try to sell it to make our money back. They are clearly violating American and Chinese consumer laws.

I purchased 3 dresses and 2 foot chains- none of which looked like what was advertised. The dresses were see- through, too long and looked like were just trying to copy make the items they were advertising- as the colours, shape, cut, were all similar, but pretty ugly! I asked for a refund on only a couple pieces as I know the risk of shopping on line, and the offered me a $8 refund!! And argued that they had their own expenses and could push it up to $10 or that I could return the items which would include a hefty courier price- which is why they are so quick to recommend this. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend, in fact would warn people to not buy from this site! I give them 1 star, as the discrimination with it is on point.
