So I read all the reviews AFTER I placed my order. I was super worried thinking I'll never get my order OR the quality of the items would be horrible. But after receiving my package yesterday (2 weeks from my order date), I can honestly say that i don't have anything bad to say. Quality of dresses is good and 2 weeks was a reasonable shipping time for me.

unfortunately reality was just a cheap copy
and for getting refund they just offering half price you paid

I ORDERED A SKIRT THAT SAID IT HAS AN ELASTIC WAIST. BEFORE I PURCHASED IT I WROTE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ASKED IF IT INDEED HAD AN ELASTIC WAIST BEFORE I ORDERED IT. I WAS ASSURED IT DID HAVE ONE BUT WHEN I RECEIVED IT IT WAS A WRAPAROUND. I COMPLAINED SENT THEM PICS OF THE SKIRT AND A COPY OF THE DESCRIPTION OF THE SKIRT THAT DESCRIBES IT HAVING AN ELASTIC WAIST. GETTING THE RUN AROUND. NEVER WILL ORDER FROM THEM AND TELLING EVERYONE ELSE NOT TO. I FOUND OUT THE COMPANY IS FROM CHINA. I'M STICKING TO LANE BRYANT AND AVENUE. GOING TO COMPLAIN TO PAYPAL

I will never purchase again from this company
Firstly I was mislead at checkout and wasn't until I paid that my bank notified me of an extra 50.00 was added to my expense when I questioned this I was told that purchases are maid in USD when I checked this
Yes and at checkout it said this but still 50.00 was added
Then on top of this I paid express postage 2_7days and it's been over a week and my purchase hasn't left the factory
There hasn't been any customer care or tracking I have never had this happen before
I have asked for a refund and have had no response
My purchase at checkout was 123.00 including postage USD
Once transaction was maid a few minutes after I logged off my bank confirmed with me 174.00 was taken
I do all my shopping online
So I believe this company to be misleading and fraudulent
Still no response or my order

THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD - I'd like to give zero starts if I could. This company, OSHOPLIVE, misleads customers in their product descriptions. I would never purchase from this company again and will let others know not too. Their lack of customer service and respect is one thing but to provide incorrect images/pictures of products and descriptions that are not 100% correct and not rectify it is major. I buy a lot of clothes online and this is the worst experience I've ever had. They have done nothing to rectify the situation, except say I can send the dress back for full refund if I pay for the shipping which costs the same as the dress i purchased. Horrible service and horrible products.

I was informed my two orders would be expedited together and they weren't. This company never mentioned they ships from China. One of my orders has yet to be fulfilled and they refuse to cancel either of them. The tracking hasn't changed since August 30 & Sept. 2. The company knew I wanted the items for my vacation and haven't communicated regarding the whereabouts of the orders nor are they willing to cancel them. Also, you can buy the stuff from China directly for 1/4 of what the company charges. That's right it's on sale for $23 and you can buy it for under $5. Never recommend this company.

I ordered a blue dress with applique and decoration on the bodice. What I got was a plain green dress and after I complained, a lot, a grudging $13.00 refund on what cost me nearly $50.00. This company advertises one item and sends another, it is a scam and I will never do business with them again. I hope nobody else does either for their own sake.

They sent me the wrong color sandals (their mistake - not mine) and will not let me return them even though they were never worn and will never be worn. The other two items I ordered were otherwise fine.

It’s been well over a month and still haven’t received my order and after reading these reviews I’m kinda scared to even see what if anything is delivered !! I guess the saying is true “ you get what you pay for “ I won’t be making this mistake twice .

I would like to warn you before ordering the items. I have a very bad experrience. With the customer service and with the quality. At first, oshoplive promisses to send the items from 2 to 7 days. It took them more than 2 weeks to send it which means about 3 weeks delay. I ordered a dress I wanted to wear for a special occacion and a summer dresses to wear during my pregnancy holiday for which I was leaving and needed to take the dresses with me. Than the package got held at the border for another few weeks (which Is not the oshoplive issue) during which time I have been communicating with the customer service about a discount because od the delay. They confirmed in the mail to send me a half of the taxes charged at the border. Just to let you know, the charges were 100 USD for a package with clothes which costed me 200 USD (So might consider not ordering at all from China these days). So Oshoplive confirmed to pay back 50% from the tax free - which means 50USD. This all took another 1,5month So by the time I got the package it was for most clothes too late for me to wear. But even if it wouldn't be too late the quality of them was very poor. One dress was a lot shorter than on the picture, one had the necktie from a different material and color than the rest of the dress ( suppose to be simple White). It was also purely made. The necktie was sewed from the front instead from the inside. One blouse was huge size (I'm S). The worst of all, I have ordered Grey Winter knitted sweater and instead of that I got ugly grey shirt size L!!! Of course I have asked for the refound of the money for the sweater - 20 USD. So in total Oshoplive owes me 70USD. Till Now( it has been 5 months since the order) I didn't get any money Back.

Oshoplive These boots are HORRIBLE Quality and the size is Far too Small... they are Plastic and are NOTHING EVEN CLOSE to the product I ordered.. they are Way Too Narrow and the sole is Super Thin.. we sized them up and one is a girls little girls size 4 and the other is a little girls size 2… they are supposed to be a Woman’s size 81/2 and a Woman’s size 71/2!! . is this what you guys do...Make the customers wait a month to get your Crappy product hoping they won’t want to go through the hassle of returning them once it shows up basically robbing them..?. I can’t believe you even send this garbage out!! I waited a Month for these boots and they are so crappy I can’t even believe it!!!
How do I return them to get my money back..? My experience with you guys has been Awful from the beginning.. I’m seriously so Disappointed! I am want to return you you little girl Garbage boots and get my money Back!!! You guys sell Trash and don’t even know sizes!! What a way to waist material And product marking nothing but land fill trash..!! How do I get my money back!!!

This season I ordered 4 dresses that everyone admires. The fabrics are very nice and soft.
The measurement is accurate and the photos corresponds to the models.
I am a demanding customer. The team is listens to me and very nice ♡

Don't waste your time or money!!! I wish I could do a 0 star rating!! This place is a joke! The website states you can return your package with in "30 days" of purchase if you are not 100% satisfied! I contacted them with in the 30 days & receiced an email back stating I was over the "14 day" limit and they would only refund me $5 and I can keep my purchase! AND.... I didn't even receive what I ordered!! I ordered an "off the shoulder maxi dress" and received a see through bathing suit cover (very cheap looking material)!!! HORRIBLE PRODUCT & HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

No refund despite months of waiting and returning items exactly as requested. The 2 dresses I did keep have both fallen apart at the seams and the materials are non breathable and cheap quality. Looks too good to be true, and it is.

I ordered a pretty good size order and the quality of the items were mostly poor and I wanted to return some of them. I found no item documentation in my order so I emailed them. I got a response days later and giving me some BS about them being in China and because of shipping they offered me a seven dollar refund for each item. I would not order from this company and I find their service and items are unacceptable.

I just received my order! Everything was beautiful, I was so pleased. And the medium size was perfect ! Thank you Oshoplive, I will be ordering much more soon !

This is not a fake review although some of the previous comments have already tried to discredit mine. Lol... I'm not sure what others problems with the company or merch were, but I do know that I am beyond pleased with this company. I recieved my dress 10 days after ordering it. Packaging was standard for a single dress purchase. What really made me obsessed with this dress is how beautiful it is. It's hard to find dresses with length and a long slip underneath for some reason. The dress I recieved is sewn and made beautifully. I have received a lot of compliments any time I wear it. I never had any problems. It is gorgeous and I will absolutely be purchasing from them again.

This company MUST make it crystal clear that all of their items are shipped from CHINA, and MUST be returned to CHINA if customer is not satisfied.

The shipping cost to CHINA is astronomical, which makes no sense to return, therefore, the customer pays for something that he/she can't use. I lost over $100 for clothing that I can't use, because the shipping cost was over $200 (international shipping).

They also promised 2-7 days expedited shipping, but I got the items after 14 days, since it was coming from China.

Quick shipping (to Central Europe), great material, fits as described, looks exactly as in the pictures and very well chosen colours too - very happy with my order, communication works well and will order again!
