Bought a UGalaxy sync massager cost about $400+
And it's not durable regard of PVC material, even very take care of it.
The after-sale support are terrible,even the store still selling the model but no spare part and non-service, it's doesn't make sense, customer bought a $400+ eye massager only can use for a year.
The customer service don't have any solution and not helpful
If no spare part for the model please discontinue the item, don't fool the consumer
Literally scamming you. Bought the chair at the gamescom and everything was fine. Then unfortunately my power cable for the massage function broke. So I mailed them to find out which one I need to buy. Its an exclusive osim cable which can be only bought from osim. Ok, then I wanted to have the link to purchase it online. YOU CANT. YOURE LITERALLY SUPPOSED TO FLY TO THEIR HQ TO BUY A POWER CABLE!!!!! I'm not kidding, this is exactly what they told me. Can only recommend to all of you to stay as far away as possible from this company!!! Because if only the smallest thing breaks, it gets completey useless for you. Unless you live in Singapore and can buy the accessory from their HQ.
I purchased this massage chair hoping for relaxation and convenience, but it has been a disappointing experience. The power plug has malfunctioned twice already, causing short circuits each time. This isn't just inconvenient—it feels unsafe to have such issues with a device like this.
To make matters worse, the Bluetooth system on the chair doesn't have a password. This means anyone nearby can connect to it. On multiple occasions, I've been startled awake by random noises coming from the chair, which is the last thing you'd expect from something designed for comfort.
Instead of being a source of relaxation, this chair has been a source of stress. I expected much better quality and security for the price. I wouldn't recommend this product and hope others think twice before purchasing from this brand.
I bought an OSIM chair on South Africa and after buying the company has left the country and referred me to a company that has closed down!
No feedback from company and I have a technician who can fix it but they do not sell spares to the public!
