My school and I have been working with OSI for over a decade and always had great service. The products are great quality, ideal for a secondary school, with fast delivery. The team are just a phone call away and happy to come to site to discuss our needs, find matches to existing products and develop functional furniture solutions for our spaces. They offer free quotations, including measuring in person, unlike many who now want us the customer to do all the work. With items being customisable, it helps match school colour themes, keeping high standards of aesthetics, as well as functionality, cost efficiency and durability. They are competitive with prices but what you can not add a value to, is their customer service, outstanding all the time. This is what sets them apart from other companies who just have helpdesk agents, who lack product knowledge. OSI staff know their products inside out. You can’t put a price on that support. I was introduced to OSI at our LASBM conference. I was inspired by their ideas and the staff I chatted to were enthusiastic and full of positivity.

Before I took up my post, school had been awarded a grant to create a new library, the job had met many obstacles and delays to reach that point. I was determined to get it finished. Laura became my point of contact, I explained the aim of the job and the urgency to get it finished. She visited, measured and produced loads of colourful drawings to give us inspiration. We loved them! I arranged a meeting with the funders and one of them agreed to donate another chunk of money which enabled us to go big! I rang Laura and said, 'I love the designs but we need to go bigger!' Bigger is what we have done!

We have a tree house, beautiful seating, loads of space for books, toadstools and logs around a roaring campfire, our children and staff absolutely love it! As I requested, the space is flexible so we can move the central shelves and create a meeting space for staff and parent groups.

The process from start to finish has been seamless, the design, the fitting, the finish, everything they said they were going to do, they have done, quickly and efficiently. I cannot reccommend this team highly enough!

We are so thrilled with this project. Gemma was fantastic from start to finish - helping us design a fantastic room when we weren't sure how to initially, and all within the budget that we set.

Extremely happy with both the desks and the customer service experience. I'd especially like to thank both Tobi and Steven for being so helpful when I would call to ask for dimension measurements not explicitly listed on the website. Such as the measurement from the front edge of the 800mm end panel to the modesty panel under desk. Which I needed to know because I was sourcing a 3-drawer under-desk pedestal from another supplier and needed to know if it would fit before I placed an order for the desk. They were always polite and helpful. If they didn't know the answer, they would call the manufacturer to get the answer and actually called me back when they said they would. Couldn't be happier with that kind of customer service.

As the for the desks. Simply fantastic. I bought two panel end desks. One 1800x1200 Corner/L-Desk, plus a 600mm 3-Drawer Pedestal. And an 800x600 straight desk. They don't come with assembly instructions, but their construction is so simple and straight forward, that it's really easy to deduce how to assemble them correctly. But don't mistake that as any indication of poor quality. These desks are tanks.

I mean they are rock solid with thick 25mm (1inch) desktops and (at least on the panel end desks) the end panels are the same thickness ask the desktop. As a result, these desk are heavy, but they are solid, with absolutely zero wobble and very, very strong. To put it in perspective, when I was running cables in the desk in the cramped room I was installing this desk in, I had to climb over the top of the desk to get behind it. This desk didn't budge. Not creaks. No moans. No bends. Nothing. And again, no wobbles. Didn't even break a sweat with me on top of it and I'm a 220+ pound full grown man. So if you're someone who's looking for a strong, sturdy desk you could put heavy appliances on (such as a heavy custom loop water cooled PC) without having to worry about whether the desk can cope with the weight safely and securely, then this desk will leave you with complete confidence.

I could not be happier with the quality of these desks. For years I've been trying to find a good quality corner desk for my home, which are just so hard to find these days in the UK. And I was absolutely sick of the garbage being sold on places like Amazon now that can't even survive the assembly process, let alone actual use. Not even Ikea was suitable for reasons I won't get into here. Finally found this place and saw they mostly supply schools and businesses and thought, if their desks are built to survive kids in school, maybe I've got a shot at finally finding a good desk. So glad I gave it a shot. This desk is fantastic and the price while expensive, is actually very reasonable and competitive considering the quality. I'm pretty picky when it comes to build quality and I have absolutely zero reservations recommending OSI's Panel End Desks. They're excellent and easily worth the price.

From start to finish, this has been an outstanding experience. Great product quality. Excellent customer service. Perfect communication. I'll definitely be looking at OSI again the next time I need office furniture. I'll probably be taking a look at your chairs next time. And I'll be recommending you to friends and family. I'm one very happy customer.

I manage the site at a high school and have worked with OSI for many year. The team are supportive, knowledgeable and have a can do attitude. No matter how large or small the furniture requirements or obscure the request, the team always bring great solutions, some being very innovative which saves time and money in a variety of ways. The range, quality of products and value of products is wonderful, spanning from budget to very high quality designs and build. OSI have an ‘old school’ approach of visiting my site to discuss needs in person. Something of a lost art over recent years, bringing a personal touch, building great rapport and understanding of the needs on site.
