Nos han cancelado las clases diciendo…
Nos han cancelado las clases diciendo que nos devolvían el dinero. No lo hemos recuperado, no nos contestan... Han pasado los plazos que nos dijeron para darnos el dinero y nada. Una vergüenza!!!

NOS SENTIMOS ESTAFADOS
Nos sentimos estafados con esta nueva plataforma. Con skyen todo iba bien, al pasar a osmi ni es posible recibir las clases ni recuperar el dinero. Aunque dicen que te devuelven el dinero no es verdad, llevamos 2 semanas tratando de recuperar nuestro dinero pero siempre hay algo que lo evita y además ya no es posible hablar con ellos por teléfono, una tomadura de pelo y una estafa en toda regla. Nos deben más de 500€ y no ha habido forma de recuperarlos hasta el momento pero no perdemos la esperanza. Nos están toreando lo que les da la gana y más. Te sientes importente.

Todo iba muy bien con Skyeng ahora ya no tanto con Osmi
Todo iba muy bien con Skyeng. Ahora se llama Osmi. Yo soy alumna desde hace varios meses y me ha llegado un correo de Osmi diciendo que dejan de prestar servicio en España y que mis clases serán canceladas. No sé si le ha pasado a alguien más. No se puede contactar con ellos nada más que por el Chat cuándo antes, con Skyeng se preocupaban mucho por el alumno. Resulta extraño que el día 22 de junio aparezca Osmi en la prensa anunciando su implantación en España y diez días después envíe un correo diciendo que las clases se cancelan en España, Italia y otros países. El método de aprendizaje con Skyeng era muy bueno y es una faena que dejen de dar clases aquí.
