Honest

Honest, helpful, and constructive… from the very start, finding a way to buy this thing was annoying. I searched the exact brand and item, and nothing came up. I had to click a specific link from a sponsored ad to even get the opportunity to buy it.

Hiding your “move on with the transaction” links during the transaction is not helpful, or honest. It’s like those seedy movie sites that have multiple “download” links all over, and you’re not sure which one is going to give your computer the virus. It feels like you are preying on the technologically un-savvy (aka “elderly”) to spend more money on things they don’t need; if you can sell a second neck fan for $40, then why not just sell all of them at that price? Shady af, this neck fan better change my life and never break or I’m gonna be pissed. Also got the warranty lol, pray there’s honor among thieves.

Shopping was made easy with the options and features made available. I could see the options they had available valuable to some. I selected the extended warranty for added protection.
