Complete review after full course of treatment. Ineffective treatment.
I waited until completing the full course of treatment before writing this review, as I wanted to give a fair and informed opinion based on the entire experience.
My wife and I both signed up for a package of 8 skin brightening IV sessions each (16 sessions in total) at OSO Clinic. The staff were consistently friendly, polite, and professional, which we genuinely appreciated.
However, unfortunately, the treatment itself did not deliver any visible results for either of us. We were advised during the initial consultation that most clients begin to see noticeable improvements by the 3rd or 4th session, but even after completing all 8 sessions each, there was no change at all.
More concerning was that my wife experienced some negative side effects, including increased skin dryness and some hair fall. Her overall skin condition did not improve and may have slightly worsened.
When we raised this with the clinic, we were told that the treatment may not be effective for everyone and that any benefits might have been “internal.” While we understand that results can vary, this explanation is difficult to reconcile with the expectations set at the beginning.
Given the significant amount of money spent, this has been a very disappointing experience for us. We feel the treatment did not provide value for money and, in our case, resulted in no measurable benefit.
I would also advise others to read reviews carefully and consider that experiences may vary depending on the specific treatment. Based on our experience, the IV therapy offering did not reflect the kind of results suggested by the overall ratings.
In summary: excellent customer service, but the treatment itself was ineffective for us.
