On Jan 23rd 2026, I had ordered for 2 Tshirts, made an online payment for the same. Today's Jan 31st 2026, their website still shows "shipment pending". They don't respond to calls or emails. Really bad customer service. Raised a request for dispute with my bank. Will never order from here again.
Have previously ordered with Osom.in and was able talk to customer service when the site was new. The quality of the T-shirts are great after many washes and print quality is also good.
However this time I have an issue with my order and now am unable to reach customer service support (by multiple emails, Whatsapp and direct calls)! If your order goes slightly wrong your money is wasted!
Product is showing as lost; they are not even responding.
Caveat emptor - Serves me right for not checking trustpilot before buying from this seller. I received a wrong item and size and I've been trying to contact the seller via email, phone and whatsapp and there's no response - like the other reviewer in May 2025 mentioned, customer support is non existent.
This is a complete SCAM...I ordered online and paid for a Tshirt. But it never arrived and their customer care never responds. Please avoid purchasing anything from here. It's a SCAM.
I've had the same experience as many others.
I ordered a heated waist coat before Christmas
,it arrived,eventually, but is way too small,even though I ordered a large.
I immediately contacted the company, 21st Dec 2023, requesting a return and refund.
I've done this many times now but get no response.
So they have my money and I have a product that is way too small and ,to be honest, feels cheep and not particularly well made.
I got a response to a previous bad review of this company within 40 minutes of posting,a well put together reply telling me how good and honest they are.
Keep clear you will lose money.
