This company is a joke in every way.
I bought a bike from Ostrichoo. The first bike broke within a few weeks. It took me days and days to find a real person. Many fake emails, many dodgy websites and fake businesses and eventually found a person who sent me a replacement bike to shut me up.
This bike was stolen.
I need an invoice for the insurance. I have been waiting for more than three weeks and the owner, H. Prins, has done nothing but give me trouble. He shouted at me. He hung up the phone. He refuses to issue me an invoice because "his systems have changed". Eventually after over 30 calls in a week, he threatened that if I called him one more time he would not help me at all.
At one point he told me to "stop giving him orders", as if I was some random employee of his. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MAN OR THIS COMPANY.
It's the worst run business in the world and he clearly hates money, hates customers and hates bikes.
