Great products! Purchased the travel neck pillow and eye mask. Love both of them! I initially purchased both for plane travel but I’m using the mask every night! So soft and total darkness. Really helps me sleep.

First neck pillow I had that does what it’s supposed to do : hold your head while you sleep sitting up . Eye musk is buttery soft and compression stocking that really works .

Purchased the light versatile pillow in another attempt to find a plane/travel style pillow...just used for a long haul and was great - blocked light and provided a good pillow for rest. Extra bonus was that as it's soft and pliable it was an easy addition to the plane bag as it didn't take up a lot of room and was easy to cart around.

The wraparound design definitely provides more support than most travel pillows, and the higher sides are also supportive. To fit me best however, I need the Velcro strip to be a little longer as it’s not quite snug enough, but perhaps I have a very skinny neck 😄

The travel pillow arrived very quickly, was well packaged and is excellent quality. The cover fabric is very nice and the pillow insert feels great. I think it will be good for traveling. It would be great if they offered a smaller size for those of us with shorter necks, but otherwise, it is excellent.

The service and delivery were excellent. The mask does the job and blocks out light. The Velcro band is large enough for any head size.

I am honestly shocked by all the negative reviews for Ostrichpillow. I have been ordering their products for years and I have never had anything but a positive experience. I pretty much own one of each and multiples of some. The Heatbag has changed my life! It's THE BEST microwaveable heat product I have ever owned. I now own 3 of them and multiple inserts. One I keep in the freezer for cooling! The travel pillow is also the best I have ever owned. The bed pillow is my napping pillow for my couch and it's the perfect size and shape.
I use the light versatile pillow for couch naps too! It may look strange but it really keeps the light out.
I am intrigued by the new mini handy pillow that recently came out.

Purchased Ostrichpillows after much online research and they lived up to our expectations. From the comfort and support to the great design and compactness to the quality and wonderful customer service, everything was 10/10! Tested them out on a long haul international flight and all of us were able to get some comfortable rest. Had a minor warranty issue and Aurora was able to handle the issue to my complete satisfaction. Would definitely recommend, especially to frequent travellers and anyone on a long haul flight.

The compression socks are amazing! I'm a doctor and I use the socks during my 24h shifts and I can't explain how much of a life savior they are. They are comfortable, breathable, just the right amount of pressure and they look amazing. Plus I have 2 years using them and I would recommend them 100%.

AWUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Please save yourself the hassle and buy from a company that values their customers. I hate giving my money to companies who don't care about their customers or delivering a good service. I contacted their CS after I had an issue with a promo code. The person lied to me saying that I can't stack codes, when I was given an 'additional 15% off'. I provided evidence you can and she still denied what I was saying. So I must be crazy right? Nice way to treat customers. It's the principle more than anything. Experiencing this I can imagine if I had an issue with their products it would be a nightmare to resolve. So disappointing. I will never buy from them again or recommend to friends or family.
Edit: since ostrich has replied - The pillows that I bought were discounted already. Which did not require a code. I was then sent an email as I had left my cart without purchasing. As an incentive to checkout the items in my cart I was given an additional 15% off and asked to click on the link. Which I did. However they did not honour that offer. Their response below shows how ridiculous they are. Others customers will be offered this additional 15% yet I'm not allowed to have it. That is completely unfair and unethical. I stand by my orginal review.
Edit 17th October 2024 - This issue has been resolved and Ostrich Pillow did appologise for the error. I have now recieved my order and I'm happy with the products.

AWFUL customer service. they accused me of fraud claiming I had used a duplicate order to gain free socks (seriously.), when in actuality my fiancé and I ordered 2 of the same item to the same address because as you know if two people fly on planes, they can't share a single neck pillow... Absolutely wretched the way they treat people. Do not buy from them.

Initially, I had a negative experience with Ostrichpillow and shared my frustrations in my earlier review. However, I am pleased to say that the company reached out to me and resolved the issue to my satisfaction.

I found their customer service to be very rude. Despite this, I bought the product because I wanted it. I was unsatisfied with the product as it's not designed well for womens more narrow necks. I left a negative review explaining why I didn't like the design and how it could be improved, I verified my email to leave the review, and it was never published. They are hiding negative reviews which is SUPER dishonest.
Worst customer service ever. Instead of addressing the actual issue, they claimed they were unable to assist due to various reasons in an extremely rude manner.

Since Ostrich pillow is being very efficient to respond to negative reviews and is asking my comment to be deleted unless I provide my email, I will add more details here.
I have accidentally put the wrong address while ordering and tried to contact them immediately after the order is placed, however there is no one during the weekend and the order was shipped automatically after. I have tried to contact the carrier however was told that only the merchant could contact to make changes or require more information.
On Monday I received a short message saying “Unfortunately they are unable to assist me”, without any sign of trying to help me to cancel my order or modify the address. They changed their attitude after I said I might contact my credit card company, with a reply of indeed “finger-pointing” claiming “you did receive an automatic response” etc. (They might want to add an automatic cancellation option with their automatic system, cause often no one is there.)
I was forced to send another two emails claiming I don’t get to contact the carrier and I need more information regarding the refund process, with only a reply to ask me to contact the carrier again. Also they would charge you 12,99$ for “fees relevant to the returning order” while the shipping fee is a lot lower than that.
What a shame! Definitely the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. They might want to rethink their method in doing business. I was going to reorder their product directly after this, but now I will refrain from purchasing any product from Ostrich pillow in the future. I’m still waiting for the update to see if I will be able to get a refund.

Your website doesn’t have anything clearly available for customers when they place the order, and I did provide my order number to the system.
Also just a kind note that the different addresses you have provided to cancel their order on your website don’t even exist.
Guess I should have read the reviews beforehand. The "heated neck pillow" is a complete waste, barely any weight to it and isn't ergonomic to the round of the neck. The other items I got were also just "okay" but worth keeping.
Customer service is really difficult to deal with, lots of finger pointing and "you didn't say" and "that's just how we operate" when trying to initiate a return. Ended up charging me $15 off the return value of the pillow (they advertise you'll only be charged $5).
Mediocre product, subpar customer support/service.
Update: ostrich pillow support replied to my rating, once again missing the fact that my support inquiries stated the product is faulty (I did indeed share my disappointment in being charged a restock fee for a faulty / mis-advertised product. Saying "You complained" and "you didn't like" is just more finger-pointing. :(
I am not satisfied with the "Go Neck Pillow" at all. So I want to send it back and get the money returned. But the whole return handling is a big hazzle & in my opinion clearly against European and German Laws. One could think that they want to make it as difficult as possible so that the customers gives up.

Edit to answer the answer: According to laws here you have to provide an address for a return. All you need from me is my name, address (and may be order number or similar). That's it. To ask for a request and to fill out some random form which is at least difficult to find does not at all meet the requirements for companies. It is ridiculous that a customer has to fill out form, request whatever and exchange emails to get his rights. You prove why Amazon works: Return formalities done in seconds.
