Would not recommend

I visited this venue after a funeral and had an issue which I needed to speak with the management about. The owner / director Sarah Philip was the contact I was given and I found Sarah to be very difficult to deal with.
She did not reply to messages or phone calls and when I managed to speak with her I felt her to be very condescending and dismissive. She had a different excuse every time I contacted her and ignored appointments to discuss the matter as she was always too busy.
I would not like to have any further business with this venue and I would not recommend.
