Scandalously appalling customer service- they do not have/don't want to trace my original communication. Keep asking to provide same details again and again. Fourth attempt so far trying to get a refund for a jacket advertised as water proof, which in fact is not even shower proof (Peter Storm brand). Awful first experience with Millets. Put off for life! If you buy anything from Millets- please remember: if anything goes wrong you'll never resolve it. Better stay away from Millets.

travelled to Birkenhead to get a nice set of gloves, they refused to take the alarm tag off, it was near impossible to try the gloves on because of large cardboard tags and this bulbous alarm tag, they became quite snotty made me feel like a drug addict thief that was going to make off with the goods, they said '' yes but if we remove the tags then and they don't fit you we'll be stuck with a set of gloves with no tags, I even put my £400 coat further back in the shop to show them I had no intention of making away also told them I had my dog tied up to the bin surround outside, even told them if they FIT I'D 100% BUY THEM still they wouldn't do what I asked, they made this purchase feel rotten and me feel like as i'v already said, I'm now left with a pair of gloves that are slightly to small and I have to make anougher journey just to see snotty people and store policies that's going to cost me anougher £5 for refund, I often thought to myself why is this store always empty 1 or 2 in at best, this along with high prices and fake reduction tags I think its elementary my dear Watson.
