Customer service deserves a pay raise!
My package was first sent and marked undeliverable, then destroyed. Not great. But when I reached out to customer service they sent a new package and we tracked down where the delivery issue was. Otaku customer service then re-routed the package through a different carrier to an alternative address. The package arrived safely and undamaged. Instead of doing a refund and washing their hands of the issue, "Sorry, we cant get you your items", they helped me by solving the issue. 5 out of 5 stars, zero complaints!

The perfect Night LED lights
I absolutely love my Night LED lights of Luffy, Ace, Nico Robin and Tony Tony Chopper. They are so beautiful when they’re lit up together. I’m in awe and I adore them. Shipping was great and the package came in very secured. I would definitely buy again but also looking to see if other characters will be added to the Night LED Figure set.
