i ordered a sega choso figure from here and i was shocked to see that this store was one of the only that had this figure and only for £29.99 too! free shipping too!!! it’s safe to say that i was stoked since choso is my fav character and i really wanted a figure of him. so i ordered it in march and since it was a pre-order i knew it would take long. they said they'd ship it out in may once they got it, and they did - i received it at the start of june! the shipping was extremely quick despite it being a long pre-order, and because i was worried how long it would take i emailed the support team and they responded almost immediately and confirmed that it was on the way and i didn't need to worry. the figure itself is perfect and in excellent condition, i am so happy with my purchase and otaku daily is now my new fav store :3 thank you so much!!!! i love you guys you're the best <3

Absolutely great company. I was eagerly awaiting for my order as I pre-ordered back in August 2024 (item was expected to release mid March 2025). I love the way Otaku Daily took extra care with the packaging of my order, other companies need to take note. Item arrived in great condition, not a single bit of damage on the box whatsoever. Great place to get Zoids
I've used Otaku a few times now, and they have never let me down. They ship a few weeks later than Japanese sites, but being patient saved me postage and customs fees. Joey is super helpful, and managed to get my items to me in time for Christmas ! ⭐
