I bought product with them, was charged and they never shipped/delivered it me. They don’t answer my emails… they stolen my money, it is the feeling I have. Don’t recommend… run away from this store.
For reference, my order number um with them is OT00036424 from 2023-03-28 09:55:21… they also provided a tracking number (LX887431270CN) that is pending carrier information since then.

similar experience as from other referees. First product almost caused fire in my home - second order didn't arrive at all. Wrong shipment number, wrong address used. DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL.

This company is out of Hong Kong and is a total scam. They gave me a fake tracking number and said it was delivered but to a different address and different city and state. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

I ordered a dress from this company. They don't communicate well with people, I have to send an email two times before getting an update on my order, and then I emailed again the third time and they provided a wrong shipping number. No just that the dress was so poorly made that I can't even give to my worst enemy.
Very poor quality product.

Total scam I ordered a metal eagle on 10-2022 at oteyashop.com and to this day.I still waiting for the product or a refund but nothing they claimed that they send it to Columbia S.C. I live in California.Do not order from pinterest adds until you see reviews on them,and be sure about them,I thought they were an honest site.

I ordered two pair of shorts said to be 100% cotton, looked great in the picture. Received two pair of very cheap shorts that a polyester blend. Very sorry I did not review this company before ordering!!! I now believe they are a scam and using pictures from other products to sell theirs.

Terrible quality!! I ordered 2 t shirts that were supposed to be cotton blend. What I got was very poor quality and 100% polyester. I order to return the shirts to get a refund I was told I would have to send the to China at my own expense. That would cost over $60! The shirts were mailed from California. Do not purchase from this company, what a scam!

I ordered a whirligig in April. I tracked the item by shipping number and it said it was delivered to an address in FL. I live in TN. When I contacted the company they said they were sending a replacement. I still have not received it. I asked for a refund and they are no longer answering my emails. Horrible company. Total scam and rip off.

I purchased what I thought was a cute blouse that I saw on Pinterest. The ad stated it was a cotton blend. I ordered a 2XL (knowing that items from China tend to fit small, and they sent me a medium. The tag on the blouse also stated that it is polyester and spandex blend, not the cotton blend. The blouse looks nothing like the ad shown. Their return policy seems strange, and it appears that to return the item I would need to pay shipping. The fee to ship to China is HUGE. I’ve learned the hard way not to be buy from Chinese companies.

I ordered an item in May 2023, didn’t read through reviews beforehand (which I normally don’t have to do), never received the item, nobody to speak with and tracking number is non-existent in either UPS, USPS or FEDEX. I live in Arkansas and the item supposedly came in on west coast and was then shipped to South Carolina where it floated around 4 different hubs and nobody can track this item. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CHINESE SCAMMERS EVER. CAVEAT EMPTOR.

I ordered a log splitter frame waited nearly month and was not showing as despatched so I cancelled and they said they would refund within 10 days, no refund have contacted again with no reply , hopefully get it back through PayPal.
This is the second time I've purchased on the Pinterest site perhaps they can hit this company in some way.

I ordered Vintage blue motorcycle boots in January.
I should have read the reviews but time was against me. Always look at other peoples experiences. They are in Hong Kong which i have visited before.
I bought on my credit card so at least i can claim it back.

I am so sorry I didn't read all the reviews first, I was taken by them, I ordered two pair of boots, over 100 dollars and nothing has arrived since february 2023, at my mail box in California and also through my mail, it says they arrived to JACKSON,MI, I have tried to get in touch with them many times, but it appears to be a machine answering because it makes a mess out of my answer and their response was to check again, I am absolutely furious!!!, how can pinterest advertised them?, I was a first time buyer on internet and didn't realize they are a TOTAL SCAM, I hope I can get my money back from Pay Pal, this is horrible!, how can it still happen? DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!

I like others have had great difficulty with this firm. I also ordered an item for my garden. The company states it was sent by "Standard Air Mail Shipping" and they state it was delivered on Feb 7, 2023. It has never arrived. We have emailed our discontent, only to have them email us with an apparent tracking number. But of course, there is no reference to the shipper, on whose website we could apply this "tracking number". When I tried for the third time, going to their website, I was sent to a chat. I explained the problem, and the bot with whom I chatted sent me to a computer technical firm that wanted to charge me $1 to sign up for some service to apparently fix my computer issues. I know I will avoid this firm in the future, for fear of being taken again. You make your own choice.

I ordered a long black coat from the website and when it was delivered, it looked NOTHING like the style and quality of that which I saw online. When I asked for my money back, I was told to send it back and after I send it back, it would be 10 days before I would be refunded. After 10 days, and then 15 days, I reached back out and was totally ignored. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Ordered and paid for a garden ornament. Never arrived. Supposedly delivered to another address in Manitoba. Offered to re-ship, delivery quoted 15 to 25 days. Day 28: Still no delivery and no responses to emails. Don’t trust this company. Scammers.

Rubbish products ..don’t buy from this site ,
They mis represent the products ,they don’t advertise correct finish or size of product and don’t show and realistic pictures of products .. they over price and send 5th rate crap, very disappointed

Not sure my initial review worked. Purchased a epilator hair removal gadget. It showed up broken as it would not stay on for more then 3 seconds at a time and that only happens 3 times. The attachment was also in pieces so useless. Do not recommend spending your money on this product. Return policy also a hassle or I would have done that.

Scam site... products never arrived and they responded they will resend (but never have and are now not even responding to emails)

Ordered fire lighters still waiting scam stay clear.
