Ordered 3 things, all of which were completely the wrong size due to a strange sizing system that figured me as a C cup should be a Large/XLarge. Had to return all items. Took 2 weeks to arrive which I spoke with customer services about. Shame as the items were nice and nicely packaged, but they need to rethink their sizing chart.

Fast service, good quality
Dispatch was quick (one day after I placed my order), and the items were very well packed (bras came with their own individual boxes and were put in a bigger cardboard).
Goods match pictures and descriptions. Excellent value for money.
Customer service is kind and quick to answer.
Website is clear and I had no trouble finding my size thanks to the charts. Didn't find returns difficult either.
My only concern was the poor delivery service provided by DPD. I had to set a delivery date on their website and they didn't even bother to come, pretending that they couldn't find my address. When I finally received my order, an "Absent" label was stuck onr the parcel, which is really infuriating when you've been waiting all day at home for nothing.
Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and Other Eden. Would recommend.

I received my order of two Lacey nighties and one bra with a big smile on my face! I loved them immediately. They were soft and so pretty! I knew my hubby would enjoy seeing these on me. A great couple gift!

Top class customer service. Smooth all the way despite having to change size. The chemise I bought is the most comfortable thing to wear ever. Reasonably priced, packaged lovely and very good quality. Size L/XL fit me perfect and I am size 14-16. Will definitely be placing further orders.

Waiting was a nightmare
Waiting two weeks?! I've ordered lingerie before from other sites and was waiting max. 3 days. At the end of second week I thought I won't get my package at all. Quality of item is very good, it's nice and fit well , but time I had to wait for it to come ... nightmare.
