It worked as good as any other scanner, but when it broke and stopped working I realized the warranty is a joke. The whole process was unprofessional, and at the end they told me to send it for repair to China even though I bough it from US distributor. The shipping cost would be more expensive than the purchase price. They shouldn't advertise any warranty if their warranty is more expensive than purchasing new scan tool. I had a LAUNCH scan tool for many years and never had a single issue with it or their customer care. Since this OTOFIX device didn't last even one year and their warranty is a scam, I'm going to purchase LAUNCH again.

I received the tool and it works well, however don't ever hope to get any help with it. My grandson used it and lost the charger, I emailed them to get a new one and never heard a word from them. Then the auto update feature stopped working. Again I emailed them for assistance (2 months ago now) and have not heard a word from them. Tool is good but service is non existent.

I ordered a scanner, but after three weeks nothing has arrived. The seller has not responded to any messages, and the tracking number has not shown any updates during this time. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller.AVOID ,SCAM

i bought update license, didnt get nothing, no response on mail and chat, i have to make chargeback at mastercard

Have a d1 lite and wanted to get in touch with someone at Otofix and have NOT received any response since april of this year.

You can not buy a replacement screen for the otofix D1 plus. D1 PROs ot the D1 Max. So if your screen breaks its not repairable. For a product thats less than 6 months old and they still sell the same model new. What's going on here? Can't give zero stars :(

Site was easy to navigate and very clear in terms of price of the item and shipping. Prices are very competitive compared to the bigger sites selling the same product. Recieved instant email response about my purchase (even though it went into my junk mail). Shortly afterwards received a communication from the store with a question about my particular shipping situation. Item shipped and was delivered very quickly via UPS expedited.

Although I'm happy with their product, a D1 Lite scanner, its not fully functional due to a lack of support. Otofix does not respond to emails or phone calls or their on-line form. If they do respond, it is with a "canned" answer which doesn't address the question. Included manual is worthless.

bought the otofix lite from ebay company black friday deal and its great on my 2019 vauxhall insignia checking soot levels and dpf pressure also works with all live data nowhere else on the internet mentions vauxhall scan tools compatible with insignia B model.
