We use OtoRide for our bike share app

We use OtoRide for our bike share program, and our experience has been outstanding.

The rider app is simple, reliable, and easy for users to navigate, which is critical for adoption. On the operator side, the dashboard gives us the control we need to manage bikes, monitor usage, adjust pricing, and track performance in real time. It’s a strong balance between user-friendly design and operational depth.

Their team has also been incredibly responsive and proactive. Whether it’s onboarding support, feature questions, or minor adjustments, they move quickly and communicate clearly. It truly feels like a partnership rather than just a software vendor relationship.

Overall, OtoRide has been a dependable and scalable solution for our bike share program. We’d absolutely recommend them to any operator looking to launch or grow a bike share system.

Otoride the key to a successful micromobility operations

OtoRide has been the platform if I've used to develop a multimillion dollar micromobility company. After starting with just 32 scooters with Otoride, the team has worked with me to improve my operations and allow me to grow to unexpected success. This has been more than just a service, it's been more like direct employees that worked has a team with the goal of solving issues and improve the workflow every day.

Otoride experience

Otoride has allowed me to manage my electric scooters seamlessly: tracking rentals, fleet management—everything is intuitive. It's a real peace of mind for my business! As for the staff, they are truly professional and very dedicated; it's not just a platform there to make a profit, it's end-to-end support and a genuine family atmosphere.

After 3 years...

OTORide has been a fantastic technology provider for our shared micromobility operations. Their support team is excellent – fast, knowledgeable, and consistently responsive whenever we need help, whether it’s a small configuration change or a time-sensitive issue during peak season.

I really appreciate their willingness and ability to add new features. Their product roadmap – especially around AI-driven operations and fleet insights – gives me real confidence that we’re building on a platform that’s thinking several steps ahead.

It’s also clear they genuinely want their clients to succeed. They listen and look for ways the software can make our operations more efficient and profitable, not just more “high tech.” OTORide doesn’t feel like a vendor – they feel like a long-term partner who’s truly invested in our growth.
