SCAM!!

SCAM!!
Designed to suggest being a German Website. Ones it comes to return products you have to pay the transport back to China which is about 60 Euros from Germany. They offer a little refund at about 20%. Is is definitely designed to increase the barrier to send items back.

Scam site, wished I would have read the reviews before.

Very good pillow

Very good pillow, my son calls it “sleeping deluxe”, very comfortable I love it ! Quality is great, arrived really fast.

SCAM warning: “German” website, Chinese return, no refund!

The website looks German, promises “money-back guarantee”, and feels legit. But once you want to return something, the truth comes out:

🔹 You have to ship it back to China – on your own cost
🔹 The return address has no street name
🔹 No return label, no help, just “take 20% and leave”

They don’t say this before you buy. I only found out when I asked.

It’s not just frustrating – it’s clearly designed to make returns as hard as possible, so you give up.

I’ve reported them. Be careful. I wish I had checked first.

Disappointing product

I had high hopes for this pillow, especially because of the “risk-free 30-day trial” advertised on the website. Unfortunately, the product did not meet my expectations at all.

After only a short time of use, my partner experienced severe neck and head pain. I decided to return the product — which seemed easy based on the website — but in reality, it meant paying to ship it back to China at my own cost, which is more expensive than the pillow itself.

It’s frustrating to see such promises made on the website, only to find out they’re not truly honored. Sadly, I can’t recommend this product or the service behind it.
