Unpaid for Completed Work. Very Unprofessional Experience
I worked as a freelance web designer for OTR.Supply / XTHRA Tyres in May 2025, hired directly by Pedro G. Jaber Montini. The project was delivered on time and according to the agreed scope.
Unfortunately, the company failed to pay the remaining balance of $250, despite repeated polite reminders via email, Telegram, LinkedIn, and Instagram over the past several months. Pedro remains active on social media but has ignored all communication since early June.
This kind of behavior is highly unprofessional, especially from a company that presents itself as an international supplier in the off-the-road tyre industry. Ignoring agreements and ghosting freelancers is unacceptable and shows a lack of basic business ethics.
Freelancers and service providers should be very cautious when working with this group.
