I think if you are charging almost 7…
I think if you are charging almost 7 euros for delivery for an item that costs less than 30 euros, I would expect the item to arrive in 2 business days maximum. My item took 5 business days to arrive. I would expect the delivery to be much cheaper for this.

Sobald Deine Bestellung unser Lager verlassen hat, erhieltst Du eine E-Mail mit einem Track & Trace. Mit dieser wurde sichergestellt, dass Du Deine Bestellung verfolgen und die letzten Updates sehen konntest.
Es ist in der Tat so, dass die Versand (5,95€) - und Rücksendekosten (6,50€) auf eigene Kosten gehen, dies wird auch auf unserer Website und dem Rücksendeformular angegeben. Damit möchten wir unnötige und unüberdachte Einkäufe verhindern, um umweltbewusst zu agieren.
Der Versand (5,95€) wird erlassen, wenn die gesamte Bestellung retourniert wird oder die Bestellung über 150€ beträgt. Dies gilt jedoch nicht für die Rücksendekosten (6,50€).
Unser Ziel bei Otrium ist es, dass alle Kleidungsstücke getragen werden.
