There is always a concern that candidate profiles don't actually make it to employers desks, but rather get rejected by machines; However, with this app, there was always a sense that the employer did see my profile whether the application was succesful or not.

Once you're set up applications are pretty quick to do and I've had a few messages in platform for jobs I've applied for. Hard to know how widely used it is because either it's not the first point of call or I'm unemployable. I like the fact there are international jobs on there until I realise Brexit means I basically can't go for them FFS

I'd use it again though for sure.

Absolutely love Otta, I found my last 2 roles on there. It has reliable job postings and great summaries of the company. It’s too bad not all applications can be done on Otta, but even then it’s a great experience.

Incredible platform. They only post high-quality jobs and do a lot to ensure companies don't just disappear and ghost you. I've been using them for most of 2023 on and off, and I recommend this platform to every job-hunting friend I can. I will NEVER go back to Indeed.

Otta is a great tool to search for tech jobs. It allows for customizations and each job listing has helpful insights. You can also filter by „women led“ etc. I just signed an offer for a job I found on Otta! So, thank you!

Otta's personalised job search is like no other platform.

I've been seriously impressed with Otta since I started using the platform. The CV improvement suggestions are all great, and the personalised selection of jobs really hits the mark.

Consistent well formatted job specs. The apply through Otta feature is a quick and personalized method for job applications.
All businesses on the platform are well vetted and are kept accountable on response times.

I think it's very nice I get a daily overview of potentially interesting roles, with all the necessary details immediately attached. It's great that Otta also takes the time to do a bit of research into all the companies and gives their own take on the company/service/product.

Good quality candidates but customer support is very slow.

We did get good quality candidates who understand our market, and much more relevant than putting the job out very widely on LinkedIn, etc.

The platform is generally very easy to use and syncs straight to our ATS/Careers page, so easy to get a job ad up.

However, the few times I have had a question, the response time has been awful. The automated message says they generally respond in 3 hours, but my experience is more like 3 days (not an exaggeration). This was frustrating when a recent job was mistakenly not been approved (as happened to us recently) and we are waiting to hire. Perhaps it's because I'm on the free package, but I would expect a much better / quicker response.

I've recently accepted an offer from a company via Otta. The experience was all conducted throughout their platform, not including email & video calls but everything from the application, the tracking of the processes and my internal Otta CV was and is fantastic. I doubt I'll be looking for jobs on the likes of Indeed again.

I really love Otta and I even I got my new job through it. The product is great, the recommendations are accurate and it's easy to use.
