Size was off on a previous order and they were good about helping me get the return back to them and getting the credit to reorder something else that didn’t fit. I had to remind them to give me the credit when I was finally trying to use my credit but they were fast acting and cool about it. I’ll shop with them again.

This is my third order, leave from Ottasilver, and I’ve always been impressed with the quality and the craftsmanship of the jewelry that I purchased and this time is no exception

Green tiger eye bracelet purchase. Deep green color is exactly what I have been looking for. The clasp was a little tricky to work with one hand but I can appreciate its design and utility after wearing. The 8mm beads have a nice weight and show the color of the tiger eye pattern beautifully.

Great bracelet that I intend to wear for a long time. Well put together, no skimping on the stones or quality of construction. My last tiger eye bracelet broke on me while I was swimming in open water. This one appears much less likely to do so.

Received beautiful ring as ordered. Packaging was excellent in the ring box and careful bubble wrap envelope used for shipping. Will most definitely be ordering again.

Very deceitful. Do not even think about paying for expedited shipping, they say 2-4 days, but they only ship after 2 weeks, so you will probably get your order 2-3 weeks later.
Update: they pretend they are asking for my order number to provide help, but when I contacted them before writing my initial review the basically told me “it is what it is”. In the meantime my order was shipped 8 days ago, but I still haven’t received it although I PAID EXTRA for 2-4 day shipping. This company I think is just using the cheapest shipping possible and keeping the fees for themselves. STAY AWAY! SAVE YOURSELVES!

It’s not often that a product exceeds expectations. OTTASILVER did. The quality of packaging, the tips for care, and the product itself are all very good.

This company sells some of the most costume style rings I've ever seen. The stone either is plastic or so light that it doesn't even matter. It's made of very little silver and their engraving is the laziest possible product I'll ever see. 160 bucks for that signet ring is one of the most offensive jokes I've ever heard. When I complained, they told me I have store credit plus 10 bucks, if I accepted that, I'd have to melt down both rings to make a real one. I have to admit that after I left this review, they were cool enough to allow a refund and I did get it.
