Like I said in my email, don't be alarmed by the length of the issues in the deficiencies and recommendations section, it's mainly all little things, typical for an older building like this one. The main thing would be to address that front porch which is leaking water into the basement apartment through the cold storage. I gained a thorough understanding about the condition of my house
The inspection of my house was a terrific educational experience. Eric generously provided me with explanations about every aspect of my house that we were examining.
