Not sure what else this can be if it isn't a scam.
I ordered 2 rings back in June 7, 2020. They were initially responsive when I enquired about the ring size, but I have not received my ring up till today.
I have sent about 14 emails to ask for updates and have not received any responses yet.
The only way to unsubscribe is to write a complain to support(at)elasticemail(dot)com

They SCAM people and STEAL their money
I fell for one of their “to celebrate bla bla bla we’re giving away this product for FREE just pay shipping”. After 3 months the product hadn’t arrived. I wrote them asking for my money back, they replied saying they were sorry and were sending another one. Another 3 months and nothing. Wrote them again demanding my money back, they simply ignored that and said they were sending a new one with a tracking number this time. I opened the tracking website, all in Chinese, tried to understand some of it with google translator, but after a while I was opening it and it was saying “tracking expired”.
I emailed them again and that’s when they just started to ignore me.
Oh and they spam you with their emails forever and it seems impossible to unsubscribe or block...
Blatant disregard for common decency
Steer well clear! Never bought from them, but they phished my email address from somewhere, send no less than an email a day, and don't action unsubscribe requests. God only knows how much worse it would be if I'd actually bought form them. The tat they're selling is also available elsewhere for more realistic prices given the quality of goods you can expect.
Continual emails
Continual emails, despite unsubscribing some twenty two times now. I will be contacting the ICO, as this is a breach of EU Right to Be Digitally Forgotten and a severe breach of GDPR.

Ottega line up is done
Ottega line up is done, each and every one of you have been tagged its too late, just a matter of time sorry you
Just don't, like please, save yourself.
It's not necessarily a "scam" but certainly not what you're paying for, a marketed 14k gold plated bracelet has never been anywhere near gold in it's life. Sadly they're not a registered uk business and therefore what they're doing isn't reportable, if there were they're breaking so many laws it's actually unreal. You pay for cheap and I mean really cheap Chinese product that they claim you're only paying for the cost of shipping at about £14, when in reality costs about £2-3 probably even less as it's not quality packaging and in a lot of cases never even turns up, so they're making money off lies and actually a lot of money from it. The products are not great and certainly not to the quality you see in the photos. To put it bluntly, cheaply made Chinese tat marketed as "luxury fashion". Just please don't bother, go take your hard earned cash to a proper Jewellery store and spend a bit more.
Never delivered SCAM
They advertise their items as FREE, but they basically charge it in the shipping fee. Worst part is they never deliver. I ordered something almost 2 months ago, and they haven't even started the shipping process. I wrote an email to them regarding this and the reply they gave me was there are technical issues that caused them to not be able to dispatch my order??
They don't stop sending newsletter
They don't stop sending newsletter, even if you click the unsubscribe link. So annoying, I'll report them.

This is a scam
This is a scam. Paid for a ring and never came. They never sent me a confirmation email, and when I reached out to support, they asked for an order number knowing well they never sent one. I have them a screenshot of my bank statement and they didn't respond.
