Fast delivery, great service

I returned the glasses I ordered with registred mail, they received it on March 6th and they don´t acknowledge the reception, nor do return the payment. They are not serious or trustworthy

I purchased a pair of Polo frames from them, and they arrived with a manufacturing defect. They refuse to cover the return shipping costs, even after receiving extensive photographic evidence and claim they sent me a perfect product, despite the fact that this defect cannot be caused by anything subsequent to manufacturing. I have reported them to the European Consumer Centre. Stay away from this company if you value your consumer rights.

Everything was perfect, fast, without a mistake

I have made an order on 31st of december 2025. I was aware of the delays and a holiday period so it is not the problem. However the eyeglasses have been supposedly sent on 14th of January. They said I will receive the information with shipping number within 48h.
Almost 2 weeks have passed and there is no information from the courier.
The Otticait is of no help. They barely respond and they are of no help - they just resend the same information (that they sent the items).
So far this company is a joke.

I ordered sunglasses and they came defective, they do not sit flat on the head or on a flat surface, they are slanted and asymmetrical. I sent the pictures too. Their answear is: … the product is worked entirely by hand, so if it does not rest on the surface it does not constitute a defect but as highlighted but simply modeled if it comes directly from us we can adapt it to your face and give you all the necessary demonstrations, this operation is always performed after the purchase not having the person in front available… I rejected any modifications and returned the product by my cost. 29 days after they received the glasses, and still no refund or answear on my mails. Avoid this website.
