Great experience with Ottica Tullino…
Tried all Cutler and Gross official stores in England but the 1402 sunglasses yellow on black were out of stock. Decided to try an official supplier in Italy and came across Ottica Tullino. They had a good price and seemed to have a good Trustpilot score so I placed my order on Saturday and I received my confirmation email. The sunglasses were delivered by DHL on Tuesday. DHL kept me up to date with the shipping status. The sunglasses were well packaged and came with the Cutler and Gross sunglasses case. The sunglasses are the genuine item. So pleased with the whole purchase process.

Terrible client service by purchasing from their website. After receiving a pair of glasses with defect, I’ve contacted the client service and finally have processed the return. Then I got accused of damage the frame by changing the lenses. Be kind, but don’t be blind.

I still have not received my glasses! There's been no updates, no communication, nothing! I've tried calling multiple times, no answer. I've sent emails, no responses. At this rate I think I may never receive what I paid for.
